OK, I know summer is just getting started, but you may want to take a look at Schott’s Car Coat ($325) for when things start to cool down. If you’re not familiar with Schott, they are an American icon. For over 100 years they’ve created beautifully crafted clothing, mainly geared towards the motorcycle community. Their Car Coat is a beautifully minimal coat made from Melton wool. It has a satin lining, with two inside and three outside pockets, and double zipper with button closure. The cut makes a nice fit for those with an athletic build, but it’s roomy enough to allow for layers and sweaters.
