This is a fab collection of both vegan and vegetarian recipes for singles, those veggie lovers living in carnivorous households, couples seeking creative sides and anyone hankering after some plant based, smaller portion recipes. These all come courtesy of Joe Yonan, the must loved editor of The Washington Post and the author of Serve Yourself. Most people at some time will have faced the frustrations of trying to plan, shop and cook wonderfully tasty vegetarian and vegan meals for one, two or a small group. This a fab volume that should be on the shelf of every kitchen.
