I love simple things, and the Fulton Desk by Restoration Hardware ($590) couldn’t be simpler. It’s made from a sturdy open steel frame and has reclaimed elm wood for the top and the two shelves. The wood used was previously used as a door so there maybe holes, nicks, nail marks, and imperfections. These just add more character to the piece.
