This is as easy as it gets. The Chromecast ($35) is Google’s new video streaming dongle. All you have to do is plug it into your TV’s HDMI input and you can stream video, music, etc. to your screen. Write now the Chromecast can stream from Netflix, YouTube, Google Play and Google Chrome. It isn’t perfect though. The one thing I look for with any video streaming device is the ability to stream your own videos, like the G-Box Midnight MX2. Once someone figures how to make the Chromecast work with apps like XBMC it’ll move up higher on my list.
