Set in the beautiful hills of the Spanish Countryside, the Inverted Pyramid House ($TBA) has been designed by innovative architects Makoto Takei and Chie Nabeshima working until the firm, TNA. Taking a classic silhouette – the pyramid – and inverting it to give the illusion of weightlessness and play with our visual interpretation, the house features three bedrooms, a lounge and access to the rooftop pool. While this singular structure sinks into the surroundings, large cutouts throughout its design flood the building with light at all times during the day. Built as part of the Solo House project alongside 15 other residences, this project challenges traditional architecture and seeks to present collectable-style beauty.
