MB&F have historically been known for making exceptionally beautiful and exceptionally expensive watches. Their latest endeavor is a collaboration with Swiss music box maker Reuge. The result is the amazing music box MusicMachine ($13,000). The two barrels on the box play three songs each. On the first barrel you get the Sci-Fi classics Star Wars, the Imperial March from the Return of the Jedi, and the theme from Star Trek. The second barrel, which represents songs most important to Max Busser, you get Smoke On the Water by Deep Purple, Another Brick in the Wall by Pink Floyd and Image by John Lennon. Only 66 of the music boxes will be made and they’ll be available through regular MB&F retailers.
