The Panasonic Lumix DMC GM1 ($749) is the latest in MILC’s (mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras). It features a MFT (micro four thirds) sensor which has 16.84 megapixels. The Lumix DMC GM1 shares the same sensor and delivers the same photo quality as Panasonic’s bigger and more expensive GX7. In the $749 package you get the camera and a Lumix G Vario 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 II lens.
