The PicoStill Home Distillery ($250) lets you take your home brewing into a completely new direction. It’s a distilling attachment (requires Pico C Keg) that lets you distill pilot batches of spirits at home. But it just doesn’t distill grains, if you’re a foodie you can also distill herbs, hops spice oils, and much more to add unique flavors and aromas to foods and beverages. PicoStill also increases the safety of distilling with its design which automatically separates the methanol from the heads.
