Stelios Mousarris is obviously a very talented gentleman. Stelios initially studied out of the Arts University College at Bournemouth in the UK majoring in modelmaking. From there he worked for Foster + Partners and eventually moved on to his own business Mousarris. He has a number of pieces on his website, but the one blowing up the internet at the moment is the Wave City Coffee Table ($4300). If you haven’t seen the movie, there is a scene where Leo is first teaching Allen Paige’s character about Inception. She then attempts to control her environment by defying physics and bending a city in half. I’ve attached the scene below for your enjoyment. Stelios has captured this moment masterfully. Like the description says his table is a mixture of wood, steel and 3D printed technology. Simply brilliant.
