Used by world record breakers throughout its many years, this Chassis COB 6041 1964 AC Cobra 289 ($SOLD) was upgraded in 1965 by the Team at Rossfeld with a new engine, gearbox and set of brakes. Raced throughout 1965 at Silverstone, Brands Hatch, and Castle Combe, this impressive motor vehicle was modeled to the vintage lover with its seductively smooth lines and iconic ’65’ race number stickers on the bonnet and side panel. The 6041 has raced throughout Europe as well as regularly appearing at the Goodwood Revival Meeting and Gentlemen Drivers series with great success. A superb example of exquisite vintage motor vehicle design as maintained by RW Racing Services.
